Dragonfly Aerial Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a professional drone services company based in Sioux City, Iowa. We provide aerial mapping, construction monitoring, roof inspections, and related services to clients across Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota.

This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, use our client portal, or contact us for a quote — and how we use, store, and protect that information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

  • Contact form submissions — When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project.
  • Client portal accounts — When you are onboarded as a client, we create an account that stores your name, email address, company name, and records of your drone service missions and deliverables.
  • Usage data — We may collect anonymous analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and general geographic region to help us improve the website. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card data directly. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own privacy and security standards.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to quote requests and service inquiries
  • Deliver drone services and share mission results through the client portal
  • Communicate with you about your active projects and service updates
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations where required

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Client portal data — including account credentials, mission records, and file deliverables — is stored on Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database platform. Access to your data is controlled by row-level security (RLS) policies, meaning each client can only access their own records.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use Supabase's built-in authentication system, which stores credentials using industry-standard hashing and encryption.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at nathanbeebe@dragonflyaerialsolutions.net.
